‘Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulation 1998’ (LOLER).
All inspections are carried out by Ben Brooker, a certified competent LOLER inspector with 15 years experience in the rope access industry.
By allowing us to regularly inspect and record your work at height and lifting systems, you can be sure that industry safety standards and requirements are met, and that your responsibility as a duty holder is met under the ‘Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulation 2003’, which was brought into effect on the Isle of Man in 2004.
All inspections, reports and recommendations are covered by a professional indemnity insurance, are backed by industry experience of the equipment being assessed and an NPTC level 3 certificate of competence in ‘thorough examination’.
Following your 6 or 12 monthly inspection your records will be uploaded to this website. As a registered customer you, and only you, will have 24 hour access to view and download those records, thus eliminating the need to store digital or paper copies.
The reports are laid out in such a way that they may also be used as an inventory checklist, giving you the ability to track and monitor items of equipment, and help prevent the need for costly replacements.
